The Rebirth of the site has began. A new plot, new rules, new everything has been decided by the Owners of this Forum. We have also just added these nice Side tables just to help you know what's going on with the Forum and give you Quick Links. It will also give you an idea of who the staff is. Guests are welcomed to join and make a character, so when the Rebirth is over, they can take part in the exciting new twists of NES!

CURRENT ARC

Arc 2: A New Threat
After the Genocide of the Uchiha ended, many stopped to think why Lord Hokage would do such things. Nobody except for his elite circle could answer. The few Shinobi that had opposed Lord Hokage had left Konohagakure and were considered Missing Nin. But they had really formed their own Village right outside The Land of Fire in Grass Country. When Lord Hokage found this out, he left them alone, seeing them as no threat. But as the tiny Village began getting bigger, Kusagakure began to mobilize their Shinobi Army. A Grass Country War was about to take place. The Village was called The Village Hidden in the Forest and they specialized in Myouton, or Wood Justu. As the two Villages prepare for war, will anyone stop them?

In-Character Rules

In Character Rules

-No relatives to Canon Characters. This means you can't be Naruto's long-lost brother, or Yondaime's wife. If a Canon Character develops a relationship with you IC, then that's okay.

-Once a character is dead, they're dead. No magic resurrections or Necromantic Rituals. The dead stay in their indisposed state.

-You can have 1(one) Canon Character. This means choose wisely. The only way you canhave a different one is if you give up your current one. This gives others a chance.

-Custom Characters are just that, custom. You are not allowed to take the personality, history, name, etc. directly from a character in another Series or site. Be creative and use your own imagination. Plaguarism is illegal!

-Wait for your character to be approved before posting in IC areas. While waiting for approval, you may only post in the appropriate OOC areas.

-If you whine, beg, or ask for the staff to look/approve something, we'll make sure to check it out last or not at all. Patience is a virtue.

-Only staff can post in others' profiles. This is to keep the SPAM low and allow the profiles to stay clean and organized.

-Please be realistic with age. We will not give you anything specific for Age Requirements, but don't make a 15 year old Jounin unless your History can support this heavily and thoroughly.

-When it says codeword, reply with the answer: wha?

-Please RP in the Past Tense/Third Person. This is to make it clear and easier to understand and read. For emample:

...As I ran along, I wondered if I would... (INCORRECT)
...As he ran along, he wondered if he would...(CORRECT)

-No "godmodding" or "met-gaming". this is unacceptible and will be dealt with severely.

-If you are posting something Sexual or Adult-Rated, type in Fade to Black before anything happens. This will let everybody know that "something" is happening.

-After the thread's title, include a "STAMP".
*If the thread is open to anyone, type OPEN.
*If the thread is full, or not open, type CLOSED.
*If the thread is containing spoilers, type SPOILERS.
*If the thread is special, type PRIVATE, VIP, or INVITE ONLY.

-All profile titles are to be the Characters Name. If the profile is unfinished, type NF afterwards for Not Finished.
